In an effort to increase patient understanding of our practice, we have prepared this website for your use. We have tried to anticipate your questions, and answer them based on questions most frequently asked by our patients. This website should be particularly helpful to new patients who have questions about the doctors' services and our office practices. Also included in the website is information on emergencies, appointments, and billing policies that should be useful to all.
Better communication between our office and you helps us to provide better care. We wish to create a valuable relationship with our patients based on mutual respect and understanding. We encourage you to ask questions of our staff and physicians about your treatment or our procedures.
Patients are encouraged to call our office if you have questions concerning your medical condition. Our staff has been trained to answer many of your questions. Calls requiring the attention of a doctor will be relayed by the nurse and your call will be returned at the earliest opportunity. All prescriptions and authorizations for renewals should be requested during normal office hours.
We try to see all patients on an appointment basis and request that you call the office in advance for an appointment during office hours. We make every effort to honor all time commitments and request that you extend the same courtesy to us. We would appreciate at least 24 hours notice if you must cancel an appointment.
